With years of experience, we guarantee that maintenance involving complete downtime will take a maximum of three days per year, including planned maintenance, during which we thoroughly inspect everything from the client’s devices to the network and servers to minimize the possibility of errors and ensure that our partner faces as little disruption as possible in their workflow.

As part of our server management service, we handle user management and associated permissions, in addition to installations. We create mailboxes and, if needed, establish rules for the IT system to ensure smooth operations for our partners. Our on-premise server management includes locally installed solutions, where we monitor the server at the client’s site. Our cloud server management can be either private or public. In the former case, we use our own server, which is only accessible to our partner, while in the latter, we rent cloud-based storage. The main advantage of cloud server management is that it eliminates the costs associated with maintaining a physical server (cooling, power consumption, operator), making it more efficient than the on-premise solution.
